enterprising 1986 B Sc. graduate of the University of Lagos and a 1989
Masters Degree graduate in Business Administration from the University
of Port Harcourt.
Mr. Okotete, in order to keep abreast with latest developments in
the business is a regular participant in conferences organized by the
Institute of Petroleum, London, Offshore Technology conference (OTC) in
USA and Offshore Europe Technology Conference in Aberdeen UK.
